SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We cooperate with the best logistics providers to provide you with the best transportation services. We can deliver your favorite items to you reliably and efficiently. We do not mark up all prices and offer "free shipping". Our commodity prices and the quality of our products match each other, so you can buy with confidence. Customer satisfaction is our top priority every time.

American Shipping

We usually ship within 24-48 business hours, but depending on quantity it may take longer. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days, but may take up to 7 working days.

When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate based on the carrier and service you select.

All orders ship via UPS or DHL unless otherwise noted in your tracking confirmation. We will send you a tracking number when your order ships.

Your entire order must be shipped to one address. If no one is present to sign for your package, it will remain at the address provided. RECI is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Customer must provide correct information before shipment. The customer is responsible for the package upon delivery. Once Logistics accepts your package, RECI is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returning merchandise.

We only ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

International Transport

We usually ship within 24-48 business hours, but depending on quantity it may take longer. Once the shipment leaves the sorting facility, it typically takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address. Please note that this may take more than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency.

If no one is present to sign for your package, it will remain at the address provided.

RECI is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. Customer must provide correct information before shipment. The customer is responsible for the package upon delivery. Please note that limited tracking may be available for international shipments.

Customs: When receiving goods from different countries, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

Pay duties and taxes on behalf of Kinsley Armelle through our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. If you are charged duties/taxes on delivery, please contact us for reimbursement via store credit (receipt of payment required).

If you reject your package or it is rejected by your local customs agency, we will refund the cost of your shipment *excluding shipping costs* upon receipt at our fulfillment center.
